ADIPSA is a community development organisation run by its members for its members:

• General Assembly of members: maximum authority at ADIPSA; approves/elects the following:
• Management Board: responsible for reviewing all proposals and projects
• Support Committee: responsible for conveying information to the communities
• Credit Committee: in charge of microcredit proposals
• Management: responsible for the running of ADIPSA

At ADIPSA, our members play a key role in decision-making and the drawing up of projects.

Our structure helps us create a transparent, democratic organisation, ensuring that each member has a voice and that the current needs of the 18 communities we work in are taken into consideration when new projects are proposed.
